Even though Elkhorn South lost against Millard South, they still put up a good fight. They almost made a touchdown during this game, but Millard South just wouldn’t let us make that touchdown. The final score was 33-0 but we still made a very good effort.
In the first quarter, Millard South already made a couple of touchdowns, which gave them an advantage for the rest of the game. Some of our key players got injured this game, but we will make a comeback next time.
This year we have a lot of seniors who are committed to some places. Ben Gustafson is committed to NIU football, Ashton Murphy is committed to Husker football, Ethan Duda is committed to Air Force Football, and there are more who are committed or leaning toward their decision. Even though we lost this game, we will fight our way to the next one.
