Students in AP biology complete a lab to learn more about enzymes and substrates on Oct. 24. As the students mixed the substrates and the enzymes, they experienced a very fulfilling reaction before their eyes as the enzyme changed colors. “My favorite part of the lab was when the enzyme changed colors,” Senior Nicole Schulz said.
