AP US History students discuss the Bill of Rights and if it was necessary or not, on Sept. 22. Tarisa Frans, 11 and Norah Pfeifle,11 talked about how the Bill of Rights related to the constitution and why they thought the it was necessary. “I was nervous to do my first discussion for APUSH this year but it ended up being easier then I though it would be,” Frans said.
