Students in culinary test their skills they’ve been learning throughout the semester to prepare for their Nordic Cinnamon Buns lab on April 1. Culinary is the highest level out of the food classes where students get to focus more on the presentation of the foods they’re making. “I enjoy teaching culinary because kids get to have more creativity with their labs and it requires more attention to detail,” said Ms. Conley.
